SHIPPING METHODS

Australia Shipping methods and costs

EVERYDAY FREE SHIPPING

You spend, we send! We offer everyday FREE Standard Shipping on Australia orders over $65. Once you hit the threshold, Free Shipping will be automatically applied to your order.


STANDARD PARCEL POST DELIVERY 

Standard Parcel Delivery cost of $10 applies for orders under $65.

Your order will be mailed within 2-5 business days from the date your order is accepted by us. Business days are Monday-Friday. Please note our warehouse is closed during Australia bank/public holidays.

Delivered by Australia Post. Delivery times are based on orders placed before 9am AEST. 

Australia Post can deliver to P.O. Box addresses. For parcel locker delivery, we are sorry we only deliver to Australia Post parcel locker addresses.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside Australia.  



EXPRESS POST DELIVERY

With the exception of New South Wales, we offer Express Post delivery via Australia Post for a cost of $18 per order and $6 for all orders over $65.00. Orders are usually delivered within 1- 2 business days.

Delivery times are based on orders placed before 9am AEST. 


RESTRICTED ITEMS 

Our products BADgal BANG! Waterproof and Hubba Brow must ship only via ground transportation. Sadly, Express Post delivery is not available for these items.


DELIVERY ADDRESSES

We’ll take every care to deliver your order to the address provided. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver or mis-delivery resulting from inaccurate address information entered by you.


OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY

You will be responsible for the products once they have been delivered to the address you have provided to us, or an identified person to accept delivery of the product on your behalf.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

BenefitCosmetics.com accepts Apple Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, and Credit Cards from American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information, so please do NOT send us any credit card information via an email. Safety first!


SAFE SHOPPING GUARANTEE

Have no fear. Benefit’s safe shopping is here! We aim to provide you with a safe and convenient online shopping experience. When placing an order online, your information is transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an approved industry standard that is used by vendors to ensure the security of online business. It negotiates and employs the essential functions of mutual authentication, data encryption, and data integrity for secure transactions.

One of the ways you can check the security of your connection, take a look at the lower corner of your browser window as you place your order. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."

When entering a new shipping address, you may be prompted to re-enter your credit card information. This procedure is done to ensure the maximum safety for your personal data.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. In addition, you’ll receive an email confirmation with an order number and summary of your fabulous new purchase! Get excited...Benefit is now on its way to you! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you created an account and placed your order while you were signed in, you’re able to cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it. Simply view your Orders and click the Cancel option.

After 30 minutes pass, we are unable to cancel or change your order.

Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled by you or our Customer Care team.


MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY

The product and services available on our websites, including any samples, are for personal use only. As such, we reserve the right to limit per item order quantities to 6 per product and 20 different products per order.


SAMPLES

With every order, you can choose 2 complimentary samples. Just add your products to your cart, pick your samples during checkout, and you're all set! (Note: sample availability may vary.)


COUPON CODES

Promotional offer codes can be applied at checkout on the View Cart page. Before entering your code, please review the full Terms & Conditions to ensure your order meets the eligibility requirements.

Only one offer code can be used per order, and codes may not always be combined with other promotions, including but not limited to sale items, new launches, gift sets, and limited editions.

Offers are valid only during the specified promotional dates. Orders placed before or after the promotion period will not qualify.

All sample and gift promotions are available while supplies last. Once they're gone, they're gone—so make sure to grab yours before they sell out!

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your goodies, but if something isn't quite right, we've got your back! We’re here to make returns a breeze. Just keep in mind, we can't take back items that have been opened or used, or if they were bought more than 30 days ago.

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN

If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, gift wrap, or any other non-refundable items. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for payment. If you received any free gifts or promotional items with your order, you would also need to enclose these with your return otherwise we will not be able to complete your refund in full and you could be charged for missing items.

Naturally, we cannot take returns on used products or products not bought online at benefitcosmetics.com/en-au. To return items to benefitcosmetics.com/en-au, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Fill out our Contact Us form with the Topic "RETURN".
  2. Our Customer Service team will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.
  3. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and there's a $14.95 fee for the return label.

IN STORE PURCHASE RETURN

If you purchased a Benefit product at one of our retailer counters and wish to return it, please check with the individual retailer’s Returns and Exchange Policy before taking it back to the store.

Sorry, we can't take returns on products not purchased online at BenefitCosmetics.com. If you purchased a product at one of our other locations, head back to the location where it was purchased and they’ll help you out.

Adverse reactions to gluten have never been verified after using cosmetic products, because gluten is not absorbed through the skin. To reassure our customers on the gluten issue, Benefit Cosmetics has enacted the following policies:

  1. We no longer formulate with gluten as a cosmetic ingredient
  2. We have high quality standards for ingredients derived from grain sources

Despite these precautions, trace levels of gluten could be present from some raw materials in all cosmetic products.

For people suffering from intolerance to gluten who choose to avoid the use of all products derived from grain sources, we recommend avoiding the following ingredients: Triticum vulgare (wheat), Avena sative, Secale cereal and Hordeum distichon.

Given our policies and the very low level of gluten residue exposure, we ensure that our cosmetic products are safe under normal and reasonable use.

Benefit does not test our products on animals, nor do we permit suppliers or retailers to conduct testing on our behalf. All Benefit products undergo very strict tolerance tests using non-animal methods during the development of each product to ensure quality and safety prior to market.

 In each country where we operate around the world, we strictly follow local rules and laws. While Benefit Cosmetics has operated in China since September 2007, as of May 2022 we have only imported “General” cosmetics products, which bypass premarket testing and are no longer subject to post-market animal testing.
